How to download GloFox to use VCT

Search for the Glofox App in the App or Google Play Store and Download,

1. Once downloaded, members simply enter our location (if on the Glofox app) and search for our club’s name Vamos Con Todo Woodbury

2. Then register by completing your personal information and accepting the club waiver.

3. Create a parental account and add a player or multiple players under your account and select membership for each player

How can i upgrade my free trial membership to an active membership?

Once your player has done the free trial session and you are wanting to upgrade membership you must contact us to get your membership reset. Once it is reset you are free to choose any membership you would like.

Can i cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any point with 30 day notice. No refunds.

Do you offer any discounts or group rating?

For group ratings please email us. We have a sibling discount for 15% of each players membership. Please reach out to us to get that and use at checkout.

How do i book?

Create an account on Glofox, choose the membership and you will recieve credits for the month. You can look ahead 30 days but can only book 7 days in advance.

If i miss my booking can i get a credit back?

Yes, just contact us.

Can i bring a friend?

yes, Just create an account to sign the waivers and do the free trial option.

If i need to cancel a session?

you have up to 3 hours before session starts to cancel your booking

What if i am on the waitlist?

If you are on the waitlist once a spot opens up you will be emailed and it is first come first serve on the app.
