How to download GloFox to use VCT
Search for the Glofox App in the App or Google Play Store and Download,
Once downloaded, members simply enter our location (if on the Glofox app) and search for our club’s name Vamos Con Todo Woodbury
Then register by completing your personal information and accepting the club waiver.
Create a parental account and add a player or multiple players under your account and select membership for each player
How can i upgrade my free trial membership to an active membership?
Once your player has done the free trial session and you are wanting to upgrade membership you must contact us to get your membership reset. Once it is reset you are free to choose any membership you would like.
Can i cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any point with 30 day notice. No refunds.
Can i cancel pause or skip a month on a membership?
Regarding cancellations and skipping months—especially for players participating in high school soccer in the fall—or life gets busy - we're introducing an "away mode" option. This allows members to pause their active membership for up to 60 days at a reduced rate of $4.99 per month. After 60 days, the membership will automatically resume at the previous level.
The main reason for this is that we're aiming to reach capacity by the end of 2025, which will be around 90-100 active memberships. We want to prioritize existing members, ensuring they can return after a short break without losing their spot. However, if a member fully cancels their membership and we reach capacity, we won’t be able to guarantee them a spot again due to space limitations.
Limit 1 pause every 12 months.
Do you offer any discounts or group rating?
For group ratings please email us. We have a sibling discount for 15% of each players membership. Please reach out to us to get that and use at checkout.
How do i book?
Create an account on Glofox, choose the membership and you will recieve credits for the month. You can look ahead 30 days but can only book 7 days in advance.
If i miss my booking can i get a credit back?
Yes, just contact us.
Can i bring a friend?
yes, Just create an account to sign the waivers and do the free trial option.
If i need to cancel a session?
you have up to 3 hours before session starts to cancel your booking
I can’t book a session for tonight!
You have a 6 hour window day of to book for a session day of. If you have a player wanting to book for a 6pm session you must do it before 12pm that day.
Our trainers will show up if you are booked in even if you are the only player.
What if i am on the waitlist?
If you are on the waitlist once a spot opens up you will be emailed and it is first come first serve on the app.
Do i pay full amount in the middle of the month?
No, all memberships are prorated. You only pay full first day of the month and all credits will be add to your account.
What if i don’t use all my credits?
All credits have an expiration date and will expire after the month. If you wish to carry over unused credits please contact us. Give us until the 2nd day of the month to add those credits back.
We do not sell credit packs.
We are a subscription base service.
