Con Todo Elite Soccer Training was founded with one goal in mind: to develop players through proven, high-level training that builds confidence, skill, and a deep understanding of the game. With years of experience coaching at the ECNL, high school, and collegiate levels, I saw a need for a training environment that prioritizes technical mastery, physical development, and tactical intelligence—the key components that help players reach their full potential.

As an ECNL Coach at St. Croix, I have worked with top-level youth players, helping them refine their skills and prepare for the next level of competition. My focus has always been on technical precision, physical conditioning, and tactical awareness, ensuring that players are not only skilled on the ball but also able to make intelligent decisions under pressure.

I also serve as the head coach for Mahtomedi Boys High School and as the assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-River Falls men's team, where our coaching staff was honored as the WIAC Staff of the Year for the 2024-25 season. These roles have given me valuable experience in player development across different age groups, from youth to collegiate athletes.

As a United States Soccer Federation C License holder and a B License applicant, I am committed to continuous learning and applying the most effective, tried-and-true training methods. I firmly believe that consistent, high-quality training sessions are what make the difference in a player’s confidence—whether in practice, training, or on game day.
